This notice explains what NodTap collects when you join the waitlist and how we use it. NodTap is operated by Johnson Platform Technologies LLC (the data controller). Questions: privacy@nodtap.com.
What we collect
Your email address, an optional indication of whether you're a consumer or a business, an optional area (city/ZIP), and basic referral attribution. We do not collect SMS/phone numbers at the waitlist stage.
How we use it
Solely to notify you when NodTap launches in your area, to gauge demand by market, and to invite businesses to apply. We do not sell your information or pass it to other businesses. We expect to email waitlist members about launch only.
Retention & your choices
We keep your waitlist details until launch and a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete them — email privacy@nodtap.com to access or delete your data. Any launch email includes an unsubscribe option.
Processors
We store data on infrastructure we operate and may use a transactional email provider to send the launch notification. We require processors to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
For location lookups, Geoapify and the US Census Bureau process query text only. Queries are proxied server-side and never stored. Location suggestions are Powered by Geoapify.
