These terms cover your use of the NodTap website and waitlist before public launch. By joining the waitlist you agree to them. NodTap is operated by Johnson Platform Technologies LLC.
Pre-launch service
NodTap is in development. The waitlist registers your interest; it is not an offer of service, and features, timing, and availability may change. Businesses registering interest will be invited to a separate application and vetting process when markets open.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information and don't submit others' details, abuse the forms, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may remove signups that appear fraudulent or abusive.
No warranty
The pre-launch site is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, NodTap isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the waitlist or site.
