The trust mechanic
Lead marketplaces let businesses pay to be found. Review sites can be gamed with fake ratings. NodTap replaces both with one idea: after great work, a business hands the customer a branded code, and a phone-verified customer gives a single tap of approval — a Nod. No stars, no written reviews, no drama. Rankings are driven entirely by those verified Nods.
If something goes wrong, issues are handled privately through admin review — never as public arguments or owner-response theater. (Practically: NodTap reaches out to the business directly; a single report never silently buries a profile.)
